Providing Support & Protection for Survivors Violence against women and girls remains one of the biggest human rights violations in Cameroon. This program works to: Offer psycho-social support and trauma counseling to survivors. Provide free legal aid for women facing domestic abuse, sexual violence, and exploitation. Raise awareness about gender-based violence (GBV) through campaigns and community engagement. Combating Trafficking of Women & Children
Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Prevention Human trafficking is a growing crisis affecting vulnerable women and children, subjecting them to forced labor, sexual exploitation, and abuse. CAWRJ is committed to fighting trafficking through prevention, protection, and prosecution. Prevention: Educating communities, schools, and families on the risks and signs of trafficking. Protection: Rescuing and providing safe shelter, legal aid, and psycho-social support to survivors. Prosecution: Working with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute traffickers. Rehabilitation: Offering survivors counseling, vocational training, and reintegration programs.
